Return - Exchange


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@saltandsealiving.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return approval number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are at your own charge and non-refundable. 
If the package does not reach us safely and undamaged, we will not be able to complete the return/exchange so we strongly recommend you use a tracked shipping method for safe delivery.  please ensure you package your item securely. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service + purchase shipping insurance otherwise we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
